My first time cleaning the table after dinner, huge wood splinter cam off of the sides and color was chipped off of the wood venir, a bit dissapointing to say the least as this table was not cheap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by T Fuller from Gorgeous (heavy) solid wood This table was delivered a couple weeks ago and I'm so in love! Heavy duty and huge, in a beautiful warm natural stain. The drawers are very shallow, good size for storing silverware, placemats, or a table covering. So far it's been easy to wipe clean, I was nervous transitioning to a wood table from a cheaper laminate one but no issues yet. I love the look of the chairs, but I do think they're overpriced for what you get. Don't get me wrong they are lovely but 295 each is pretty high, and I kind of wish I had found a cheaper set of chairs to go with it. One more note, the table was super easy to assemble, but incredibly heavy! We needed three people to flip it up after I attached the legs.
